I love spinach, either in my smoothies or in my eggs.
Nice healthy breakfast for you to try.
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/4 bell pepper( yellow)
- 17 blueberries
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- handful of spinach or kale
- handful of mushrooms
- mangoes
- pinch of salt
- olive oil
