Ingredients
- low fat yogurt
- frozen bananas
- frozen blueberries
- frozen pineapple
- coconut water/water
Frozen fruits |
Instructions
- place all your fruits in the blender, add some coconut water and blend until smooth
- pour in cup and serve cold
