The Canary melon or winter melon as it's referred to is a large, bright-yellow elongated melon with pale green to white inner flesh. This melon has a distinctively sweet flavour that is slightly tangier than a honey drew melon. The flesh look like that of a pear but is softer and taste a little like cantaloupe.

Instructions
- cut melon into two and remove the seeds and skin
- cut into nice chunks and place melon in the blender
- blend until smooth
- garnish with a lemon or any fruit you have
- serve cold
