Apricot and Banana Smoothie

Hello Smoothie Lovers,

After a long week and day in the office I decided to treat myself to a healthy smoothie. As I said before fruits and vegetables never go to waste in my kitchen. Here is a very simple apricot and banana recipe.

  • 4 apricots 
  • 2 bananas
  • 6 dates
  • 1 cup of  Aloe Vera Juice
  • ice cubes
  • cut banana, apricots and put in the blender, blend half way
  • remove the seeds from the dates, add alove vera juice, dates and ice cubes 
  • blend till smooth
  • Pour and serve in glass cup
